From Request to Agreement
Found the right influencer? Send a booking request with the details of your campaign, the proposed fee, time frame, channels and requirements.
Both parties can discuss the terms before entering into a digital agreement. Once everything is settled, the contract is confirmed online, keeping the agreed conditions documented and accessible to everyone involved.
Nothing becomes a confirmed booking without mutual consent.
Secure Payments, Clear Conditions
Once the booking is agreed upon, the client pays through FemFame using Stripe. The payment is handled through the platform rather than being arranged privately between strangers.
Once the agreed work is delivered and both sides have confirmed that the contract is fulfilled, the influencer receives the payment, less the applicable platform fee.
This process is designed to reduce payment disputes, avoid unexpected changes to agreed conditions, and give both sides greater confidence throughout the collaboration.
Transparent Platform Fees
FemFame charges influencers a percentage of their fee for successfully completed bookings. There is no management commission and no hidden negotiation about the booking.
18% of the agreed fee. The same rate for every booking, whatever its size. The client pays nothing on top.
Example: for a booking of €4,000 the rate is 18%. The fee is €720, the influencer receives €3,280.
No VAT is charged on the platform fee (small business exemption, § 19 of the German VAT Act, UStG).
The applicable fee is shown before the agreement is concluded. Influencers know what they earn, and clients know what they pay.

Create your client account with your company details. We verify you so influencers know who they are dealing with.
- 2Discover influencers
Search the verified profiles. Filter by topic, city and availability. Every profile shows channels, reach, references and the current status in real time.
- 3Send requests
Shortlist the influencers you want and send a request that says it all: product, deliverables, period, fee, usage rights, and what has to be in it or must not.
- 4Talk directly
When an influencer accepts, you go straight into a private thread: settle the details, exchange briefing material, come to an agreement.
- 5Pay securely
Once the booking is agreed, you pay through FemFame with Stripe. The influencer receives the payment when the work is delivered and both sides have confirmed it.

When the work is done and both sides have confirmed it, you receive your payment, minus the platform fee shown above.
